چکیده

COVID-19 the existing contagion is caused by SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2). As of 1st March, 2021, statistical study shows, 114 million people all over world have been affected and in this about 2.53 deaths reported with a recovery 64.4 cases. The most commonly testified signs infection are pyrexia, tussis tiredness; other symptoms that less common include deprivation senses (odor or flavor), pharyngitis, stuffy nose, cephalgia, gastroenteritis etc. Among cases, approximately 10-15% progress to severe disease 5% becomes critically ill. Most recover at 2-6 weeks after exposure virus, but it there some patients who may recur for months initial although they not infectious during period. In review article, we briefly discussed different diagnostic detection measures being clinically practiced treatment methods including medicines vaccines which has undertaken fight against COVID-19. Recent advances various regulatory comprising application biomaterials engineering (nanomaterials, biosensors, quantum dots, polymeric array-based vaccines, etc.) digital technologies also discussed. Organoid cultures used understand biological phenomena taking place human body through infection, thereby establishing necessary trials control infection. short, requirement combination from multidisciplinary areas virus better develop more effective mitigation measures. There still studies under examination improve public health complete novel virus.
